
Initial Purchase. Lone Star Cues guarantees that all cues purchased from us are straight within reasonable tolerance and that they receive a final inspection before being given to or being shipped to the customer. All cues should be inspected by the purchaser and returned within one week if not acceptable. Lone Star Cues guarantees customer satisfaction with the initial purchase.
For one year from purchase, Our cues are guaranteeed against manufacturing defect with the following limitations and stipulations for warping, breakage and abuse.
Warping. Because there are many possible causes beyond the control of the manufacturer, no guarantee is made that your cue will stay straight after it has been chalked and used.
Breakage. Lone Star Cues covers a break in a cue if the break was caused by a defect in the cue, such as a knot or crack dating from time of manufacture. The ferrule is only guaranted if the tip is original and thick enough to protect the ferrule. Cracks in the wood and swelling inlays may be caused by stress, heat or abuse and are not covered.
Abuse. Evidence of abuse voids the warranty in all areas.
