How much time is required to build a made-to-order cue?
Typical lead time is 30 days from order to shipment. Because cue complexity and current backlog vary, a more accurate completion date can only be established at time of order.

What payment methods are accepted?
PayPal is the preferred payment method. Lone Star Cues also accepts either checks or money orders, payable in U.S. dollars.

How are cues shipped?
UPS is the preferred carrier of Lone Star Cues, but Federal Express or U.S. mail may also be used.

Instructions for shipping an item?
First call or email Lone Star Cues to obtain return authorization. Enclose a note inside the box with your name, phone number or email address, reason for return, and return shipment address.

Is there a warranty on the cues?
Yes, for both your satisfaction with the initial purchase and for one year against manufacturing defect.

Initial Purchase. Lone Star Cues guarantees that all cues purchased from us are straight within reasonable tolerance and that they receive a final inspection before being given to or being shipped to the customer. All cues should be inspected by the purchaser and returned within one week if not acceptable. Lone Star Cues guarantees customer satisfaction with the initial purchase.

For one year from purchase, Our cues are guaranteeed against manufacturing defect with the following limitations and stipulations for warping, breakage and abuse.

Warping. Because there are many possible causes beyond the control of the manufacturer, no guarantee is made that your cue will stay straight after it has been chalked and used.
Breakage. Lone Star Cues covers a break in a cue if the break was caused by a defect in the cue, such as a knot or crack dating from time of manufacture. The ferrule is only guaranted if the tip is original and thick enough to protect the ferrule. Cracks in the wood and swelling inlays may be caused by stress, heat or abuse and are not covered.
Abuse. Evidence of abuse voids the warranty in all areas.
